For the supply of all the material, labour, equipment and supervision necessary to load, transport and dispose of the specific quantity of PCB contaminated waste from Saskatoon Light and Power in accordance with current Federal, Provincial and Municipal Regulations, Standards and Dangerous Goods Transportation Regulations.
