Bidders may request a debriefing session from the Single Procurement Service by emailing spsconstruction@gov.sk.ca within 30 days after the award notification date.  The intention of the debriefing is to aid the Bidder by identifying areas of improvement that may be applied to subsequent procurement opportunities.

Bidders are reminded to use the Supplementary Bid Submission included in the current Bid Package to ensure the correct version of the documents is being used.

As part of the transition to the future state of government procurement, MHI is moving towards the elimination of the production and delivery of printed construction contract books to MHI staff, contractors and consultants.  As of July 15, 2019, MHI will only provide electronic versions (pdf) of contract documents.

To assist users in the transition, MHI will produce a printed copy of the contract documents if a written request is sent to MHIProjectControl@gov.sk.ca.  Contract documents requested by this process will be produced as quickly as capacity permits.  They will be hole punched but will not be in a binder nor include separating tabs.
