Emailed tenders for Mary Helen Herchmer Place Fire and Domestic Pump Replacement in Regina, will be received at the office of HDA Engineering Ltd. until 2:00 p.m. (CST), Thursday, June 6, 2024.

A site walk through for Contractor’s will be held on Thursday, May 23rd, 2024 at 10:00 a.m. The walk through will take place at Mary Helen Herchmer Place. The address is 2121 - Rose Street, Regina, Saskatchewan. Meet at the front entrance to the building. Companies shall notify HDA Engineering Ltd. a minimum of 24 hours prior to the walkthrough of their intention to attend. Notification can be by email at hda@hdaeng.com or by phone at 306-525-9815

Tenders must be submitted on the form furnished by the Consultant. Copies of the Tender Documents may be obtained from: HDA Engineering Ltd., 2334 8th Avenue, Regina, Saskatchewan (306-525-9815).

All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Bond or Certified Cheque in 10% of the bid. The lowest or any tender will not necessarily be accepted.

Tenders will be accepted from qualified Mechanical Contractor. The Owner reserves the right to reject tenders from parties without reasonable acquaintance with the class of work specified. These reservations shall apply equally to Sub-Contractors.
