Summary of Opportunity
This Request for Proposal (RFP) is an invitation by the RM of Buffalo No. 409, to prospective proponents to submit proposals for the provision of Gravel Crushing Services. The intended outcome of this competitive RFP is for the RM to establish a compliant contract for the purposes of Gravel Crushing for the RM.

The RFP may result in the award of one Agreement. The maximum initial term of the Agreement is intended to be for a period of 1 year, with an option in favour of the RM to extend the term for 1 additional period of 2 years for a combined 3-year total term.

The RM of Buffalo No. 409 is located 40 minutes south of North Battleford and twenty minutes east of Unity. The RM of Buffalo absorbed ½ of the RM of Prairie in 2008 (the other ½ went to the RM of Battle River).
