If the Consultant is pre-qualified in multiple of these categories, the consultant may indicate in Appendix B which one category they will be applying under. The performance evaluation score used in D.3 will be based on the chosen category. The performance evaluation scores received for this commission will also be issued under the chosen category.

Prequalified Consultants being held in a probationary status at time of competition close and evaluation, should reference the Professional Services Procurement Manual - PSPM 100-04 for additional information pertaining to their eligibility to participate in this competition.
