The Town of White City in the Province of Saskatchewan is now accepting bids from qualified firms to complete the work pertaining to Chuka Ponds - Small Pond project, as described in the attached Issued for Bid (IFB) Design Drawing Package and Contract Documents. 

The intent of this bid call is to obtain an offer to perform work to complete a landscaping project, located in The Town of White City, for a Civil Works contract in accordance with the Contact Documents. The works includes 45,000m2 of topsoil stripping, 28,000m3 of common excavation, 32,000m2 of planting soil and seeding, as well as a 3-year warranty and mainteance program to establish the seeding.

As per the attached Issued for Bid (IFB) Design Drawing Package and Contract Documents: 

• Offers signed under seal, executed, and dated will be received electronically, addressed and emailed to:  
  • Derek Scott at derek.scott@stantec.com
  • Before 14:00:00 local time on the 29th of June, 2023. 
  • The piece at the location for receiving bids shall be the only measure for the exact time.
• Offers submitted after the above time shall be returned to the bidder unopened. 
• Offers will be opened privately after the time for receipt of bids. 
• Amendments to the submitted offer will be permitted if received in writing with date-time prior to bid closing and if endorsed by the same party or parties who signed and sealed the initial offer.
