The City of Saskatoon Environmental Laboratory (COS-EL) and Water Laboratory (COS-WL) seek analytical services which include tests performed using sophisticated instruments such as LCP-MS, GC-MS, etc., unavailable at the labs, and managing workload during emergency/upset conditions.
