The purpose of this Request for Proposal is to solicit proposals from vendors for First Priority Snow Removal Services for the following Regina location:

? Wascana Rehab Centre, 2180 23rd Avenue

Terms of Contract:
The term of this contract shall be for 36 month term with 2 (two) 12 month options for extension beginning approximately November 1, 2024 and expiring March 31, 2027 with pre and post snow removal cleans as required.

Requirements:
Saskatchewan Health Authority (SHA) is soliciting proposals from qualified vendors for the Priority Snow Removal Services for Health Facility within the City of Regina as listed in Appendix B. The contract shall be awarded for a 36 month period with an option for two (2) 12 month extensions. Quotations are to be quoted on a cost for entire snow season per site. SHA will pay this total quoted amount over a 5 month period. Invoicing period will be November 1st to March 31st. The payments are divided by the five billing months for the entire season.
The Vendor must provide unlimited cleaning and hauling of snow from the first snowfall and will end with the last snowfall of the season. The lot inspections and snow removal are to be continued until both parties are in agreement the snow season is over.
Snow removal will be required on an as requested basis prior to November 1st and after March 31st.
The snow removal, sanding and hauling of snow shall be to a location acceptable by the City of Regina.
