This Request for Bid (RFB) is an invitation by the Government of Saskatchewan (GOS) to prospective Proponents to provide Submissions for the provision of supply and delivery of oral fluid devices and alcohol screening device as further described in the RFB Particulars.

GOS requires the supply and delivery of oral fluid screening devices, quality assurance kits, and testing kits, and alcohol screening device and applicable accessories, on an if and when requested basis, to the Ministry of Community Safety (CS).

There are two categories for Proponent to provide a Submission for:

• Category one: oral fluid screening device - current known acceptable devices are Dräger DrugTest 5000 and SoToxa Mobile Test System.
• Category two: alcohol screening device - current known acceptable device is ALCOTEST 7000.
