Buffalo Pound Water Treatment Plant Monofill Cell A Construction -- 25-2319-001

The Buffalo Pound Water Treatment Corporation (BPWTC) plans to construct a Monofill cell to create additional capacity to store and dewater the sludge that is deposited in the facility lagoons during production of potable water.

A mandatroy pre-bid meeting and site visit at the Place of the Work has been scheduled for at 15:00. local time on 8 January 2026. Attendees shall meet at the Buffalo Pound Water Treatment Plant Main Office.
