RFQ 220002, Highway 33-01 Resurfacing

Project Description:

Reconstruction of Highway No. 33-01 from the junction of Highway No. 47 (km 0.00) to the junction of Highway No. 606 (km 38.15), involving surfacing.  The Project will be tendered in November 2021 with construction anticipated for May 2022.

Category of Work: Construction Administration - Grading & Surfacing

All prequalified firms are invited to submit a Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) to provide engineering services for the above noted project.

This competition will consist of 2 stages:

Stage 1 - The proponent’s response to this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) will be a SOQ that will be evaluated against criteria included in the RFQ document.  It is Government of Saskatchewan’s (GOS) objective to shortlist three (3) proponents, but GOS reserves the right to determine how many proponents will be shortlisted.

Stage 2 - The shortlisted proponents from Stage 1 will be subsequently invited to participate in the Request for Proposals.  Shortlisted proponents will submit proposals that will be evaluated against criteria that will be included in the RFP documents.
