This project is for the roadway constructions detailed engineering design for 1200 meters of new Collector from Highway 302 to Olive Diefenbaker Drive.
The 2021 Crescent Acres Neighborhood Plan Update noted that within 5 years there will be a need for the construction of 21st Avenue from Byars Street to Highway 302 to accommodate the traffic increase from the Crescent Acres development. 

Submission
1. Submit a digital copy of the Proposal through the VendorPanel portal no later than 2:00pm, Saskatchewan Time, THURSDAY, August 18, 2022.
And
2. Submit four (4) copies of the Proposal to the Capital Projects Manager no later than 2:00pm, Saskatchewan Time, THURSDAY, August 18, 2022.
