The Board of Education of St. Paul’s R.C.S.S.D No. 20, as represented by Corporate Services, is requesting Proposals for the provision Banking Services as per Appendices D, E and F, in accordance with conditions stated herein.
The Board of Education of St. Paul’s R.C.S.S.D No. 20, as represented by Corporate Services, is requesting Proposals for the provision Banking Services as per Appendices D, E and F, in accordance with conditions stated herein.
Through this Request for Proposal the GSCS seeks to:
a) Select the successful Proponent.
b) Specify the conditions that would govern any resulting Contract.
c) Determine the fee structure.
The term of Contract shall commence on November 1, 2016 and shall remain in effect until October 31, 2021, unless otherwise terminated in accordance with the terms outlined herein. GSCS reserves the right to extend the Contract for five (5) additional consecutive years, for a maximum potential Contract period of ten (10) years, or re-tender the commodity. The provisions of such extension shall continue to reflect the terms and conditions of the prior Contract, except as otherwise expressly stipulated by a Proponent in its Proposal.
