GOS intends to contract with Moose Jaw Multicultural Council Inc. (MJMC) on the basis that they are the only supplier able to provide the Services that meets GOS’ requirements for this procurement, as described below.

The purpose of this ACAN is to signal the GOSs intention to award a contract for these services to Moose Jaw Multicultural Council Inc.   Before awarding a contract, however, the GOS provides other suppliers with the opportunity to demonstrate that they are capable of satisfying the minimum essential requirements set out in this Notice, by submitting a Statement of Capabilities on or before the response deadline.
