This Request for Proposal (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the Government of Saskatchewan (“GOS”) to prospective Proponents to provide Submissions for the provision of Construction Management At Risk Services for the Pasqua Hospital Specialized Medical Imaging Equipment (PHSMIE) Project.

To fully understand the scope of the requirements, it is mandatory that Proponents attend an in-person site visit before submitting a proposal. If a Proponent is interested in participating in the site visit, please complete Appendix D – Confidentiality Agreement and email it to rfxquestions@gov.sk.ca by December 4, 2025. The mandatory site visit is scheduled for December 9, 10 and 12, 2025.
