The City of Saskatoon requires a Realtor to list specified residential properties that were obtained via The Tax Enforcement Act for sale on the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) platform.

All respondents must register on the City’s electronic bidding system at biddingo.com/saskatoon. This will enable the respondent to download the solicitation document, ask questions, receive addenda and email notifications, and submit their bid through the bidding system.
