Tenders for Mawson Avenue Housing Boiler Replacement Regina, Saskatchewan, will be received at the office of HDA Engineering Ltd. until 2:00 p.m. (CST), Thursday, December 18, 2025.

A (mandatory) site walk through for Contractors will be held on Tuesday December 9, 2025 at 10:00 a.m. The walk through will take place at Mawson Avenue Housing located at the 6680 Mawson Avenue, Regina, Saskatchewan. Meet in the central courtyard near the Mechanical Room entrances. Any access to the site must be in accordance with the Regina Housing Authority Requirements. All contractors shall notify HDA Engineering Ltd. a minimum of 24 hours prior to the walkthrough of their intention to attend. Tenders must be submitted on the form furnished by the Consultant. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Bond or Certified Cheque in 10% of the bid.

The lowest or any tender will not necessarily be accepted. Tenders will be accepted from qualified General Contractor. The Owner reserves the right to reject tenders from parties without reasonable acquaintance with the class of work specified. These reservations shall apply equally to Sub-Contractors.
