Sealed Tenders clearly marked "Halcro Road Tender for Subgrade Construction" will be received at the RM of Prince Albert No. 461 Office, 99 River Street East, Prince Albert, Saskatchewan, S6V 0A1, until 1:00 P.M. C.S.T on July 5, 2018 and will be opened in public at 1:30 P.M. on July 5, 2018 at the Municipal Office.  Approximate Quantity of Earth Excavation is 25,000 cubic meters; Approximate Quantity of Haul on Earth Materials is 45,000 cubic meters hectometer.  Each tender must be accompanied by a certified cheque or bid bond in the amount of 5% of the tender amount.  This project is partially funded by the Government of Canada through the Gas Tax Fund.  The RM of Prince Albert No. 461 reserves the right to refuse to accept any or all tenders.  In addition, the RM of Prince Albert No. 461 reserves the right to cancel the acceptence of any tender at any time before the execution of the contract by all parties, without any liability against the Rural Municipality of Prince Albert No. 461.
