This Request for Proposals (“RFP”) is an invitation to prospective Suppliers to submit proposals for the provision of underground facility locating services, as further described below (the “Deliverables”) to SaskEnergy Incorporated (“SaskEnergy”), Saskatchewan Power Corporation (“SaskPower”) and Saskatchewan Telecommunications (“SaskTel”) (collectively, the “Crowns”).  

The purpose of this RFP is to obtain proposed pricing, alternatives, and options from each Supplier to provide the Crowns with Line Location Services (energy, power, and/or telecommunication lines) throughout the province of Saskatchewan. The Deliverables are described in more detail in the Schedule "B" - Specifications within the draft contract found in Section 4.5 of this RFP (please access the RFP via SaskTel’s Ariba profile for more information).

The Crowns are seeking 1 or 2 vendors to complete the Northern and/or Southern divisions within Saskatchewan.

COR/SECOR certification of the Supplier is a mandatory requirement for this contract.

Participation process:

Suppliers not yet registered with SaskTel’s Ariba domain, must first complete the Self Registration process by clicking on the link provided below.  Suppliers not registered and approved with SaskTel’s Ariba e-sourcing tool, will not be able to participate in this opportunity.
