Scope of Work: The purpose and intent of this Contract is for the Contractor to provide Hydro-vac Services in relation to the non-destructive excavation of buried pipes and other underground facilities through the application of water and vacuum devices. The majority of the work is to take place in well-established residential areas within Regina and Saskatoon where access/space is limited (i.e. back alley’s, lanes, backyards etc.) and suitable sized equipment will be required to complete the work.   Hydro-vac Services are expected to only be required in Regina and Saskatoon in 2021, however, there may be a requirement in various surrounding areas in 2021, as well as in future contract years.

Two (2) contract areas will be awarded, the Regina Area and the Saskatoon Area.  Proponents may submit proposals for the Regina Area or the Saskatoon Area or both the Regina & Saskatoon Areas.  The Proponent with the highest score for a particular contract area will be awarded that area and no proponent will be awarded more than one (1) contract area.
