SaskEnergy Incorporated (SaskEnergy) intends to contract with HBI Office Plus Inc. of Regina, SK. on the basis that they are the only supplier able to supply and install Haworth Office Systems furniture products that meets SaskEnergy’s requirements for this procurement, as described below.

Suppliers that consider themselves able to meet the requirements identified in the Scope of Work section below and are able to provide the supply and install of Haworth products including but not limited to Office Furniture, can challenge this action by submitting a written statement of the capabilities that clearly demonstrates how they meet these requirements.  All statements of capabilities that are received will be evaluated to determine if one or more suppliers are capable of meeting the requirements

Scope of work: 

The following is considered part of the scope of this contract but not limited to:

Consult on existing floorplans and provide a supply list of what is required in the new designs of Haworth Office Systems furniture space planning. 
Supply and deliver the Haworth Systems furniture products at various locations throughout Saskatchewan.
Install the Haworth Systems furniture products as per approved plans at various SaskEnergy locations within Saskatchewan. 
Track SaskEnergy inventory located at our warehouse.
Re-configure office layouts within any SaskEnergy offices and supply additional or replacement Haworth Systems as required.
Be a certified Haworth dealer and installer for the province of Saskatchewan.
