Sealed Tenders are invited from Contractors for the Community Building Demolition and Landfill Closure for the Town of Kinistino. Sealed Tenders will be recieved at the office of the Consulting Engineer up to 2:00 p.m., C.S.T., Thursday, April 3rd, 2025 and will be opened in public thereafter. 

The work includes:

• Demolishing of a community building within the Town, including site preparation, removal of non-inert materials, demolition activities, hauling and disposal of demolition waste, and backfilling and landscaping of the site;
• Closure of the landfill site, including mounding of demolition waste, construction of landfill cap and site drainage upgrades;
• Staging of work to accomodate demolition waste at the landfill site prior to construction of the landfill cap;
• Clean-up of site;
• Repair of defects in workmanship and/or materials for a period of one year after completion of the work. 

General Contractors may obtain a digital copy of the Contract Documents from the office of the Consulting Engineer.

Each Tender must be on the forms provided and be accompanied by a certifieid cheque or bid bond in the amount of Ten Percent (10%) of the Tendered Amount. 

The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all tenders and will not necessarily accept the lowest Tender.
