Tenders will be received in the office of the Administrator until 2:00 p.m. CST on March 12th, 2021 for the reconstruction and clay cap of 5.0 kilometres of Highway 317 in the Rural Municipality of Milton No. 292 and 6.8 kilometres of Highway 317 in the Rural Municipality of Antelope Park No. 322.

Tenders will be opened at the office of the Municipality at 3:00 p.m. CST on March 12th, 2021.

Each tender must be accompanied by a certified cheque or bid bond made out to the Rural Municipality of Milton No. 292 in the amount of 5% of the total tender amount.

This project is a partnership between the Rural Municipality of Milton No. 292, the Rural Municipality of Antelope Park No. 322 and the Ministry of Highways.

Due to the current Covid-19 pandemic, email submission of bids will be permitted.  However, the R.M. of Milton No. 292 cannot guarantee confidentiality of e-mailed documents and the Bidder assumes all risks associated with these forms of communication.   All electronic bids will be required to provide copies of the Bid Bond.
