This Request for Supplier Qualifications (RFSQ) is an invitation by the Government of Saskatchewan (GOS) on behalf of the Ministry of Education (MOE) to prospective Respondents to prequalify for the supply and delivery of multilingual library materials, as further described in the RFSQ Particulars (Appendix A).
The multilingual library materials may be added to expand the existing collection of over 25 languages and be accessible to Saskatchewan residents across the province. MOE may purchase one (1) to four (4) copies of individual books in various languages for both children and adults..
