Human Resource Information System (“HRIS”) Modernization -- 21P-00011

This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”), together with any addendums expressly referred to or incorporated by reference, is an invitation by Workers’ Compensation Board (“WCB”) to prospective Proponents to submit Proposals for the provision of services for the Human Resource Information System (“HRIS”) Modernization, as further described in the RFP Particulars (Appendix A) (the “Deliverables”).

WCB is a provincially legislated body that administers a compensation system on behalf of workers and employers. The organization currently employs approximately 500 staff. The organization has offices in Saskatchewan’s two major cities: Regina (approx. 80% of staff) and Saskatoon (approx. 20% of staff).

The vision of WCB is to eliminate injuries and restore abilities. Its mission is to be a customer-centric organization that continuously seeks to add value for its customers through a culture of continuous improvement.

Proponents are responsible for routinely checking the website (www.sasktenders.ca) for amendments and must adhere to any amendment requirements.  No additional notification of amendments will be provided by the Saskatchewan Workers’ Compensation Board.
