This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the Ministry of SaskBuilds and Procurement (SBP) to prospective proponents to submit proposals to provide Consulting Services for Financial and Market Analysis of Economic Development Opportunities for the Lake Diefenbaker Irrigation Expansion Project, which consists of the Westside Irrigation Project (WIP) and the Qu’Appelle South Water Conveyance Project (QSWCP), as further described in the RFP Particulars (Appendix A) (the “Deliverables”).
