The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to select a vendor to work with Tourism Saskatchewan to create a custom AI tool to evaluate and score submissions to application-based programs.

The supplier will work closely with Tourism Saskatchewan’s Destination Development and Marketing departments to develop a customize AI tool to review and score submissions to application-based programs and to identify other ways AI could be used throughout the submission process to create efficiencies in the current processes.

Tourism Saskatchewan is responsible for assisting Saskatchewan’s tourism industry to market their products and to develop and promote quality tourism experiences, products, and services in the province. The organization administers two application-based funding programs that support development and marketing of tourism businesses in the province.
