Tenders in a sealed envelope clearly marked "Tender for the Installation of an Arch Culvert on Project 458" will be received in the office of the R.M. of Eldon No. 471 until 11:00 a.m. local time on Wednesday, September 14, 2016 and will be opened immediately in public thereafter. Each tender shall be accompanied by a certified cheque or Bid Bond in the amount of 5% of the total bid. Copies of the Specifications and Tender Forms are available on Sasktenders or at the R.M. of Eldon No. 471 Municipal Office and the Consulting Engineer Office.  The R.M. of Elkdon No. 471 reserves the right to refuse any tender and the lowest or any tender will not necessarily be accepted.
