PREQUALIFICATION FOR SASKENERGY / TRANSGAS MAJOR CONSTRUCTION SERVICES MSA:

In order to identify qualified companies, interested respondents are invited to submit a response to this pre-qualification. Responses will be evaluated and those that are successful will sign the Master Services Agreement 'MSA' and be placed on a Construction Services Major MSA list or lists for those construction projects that are commensurate with their experience and expertise, as determined by SaskEnergy/TransGas in its sole discretion.  Major Construction Services include:

• Pipeline and Facilities Construction Support
• Pressure Piping Fabrication (shop only)

ALL INTERESTED VENDORS MUST COMPLETE THIS PREQUAL.

SaskEnergy/TransGas will not accept a Prequalification submission from a Vendor who SaskEnergy/TransGas determines is not a NWPTA region supplier.  SaskEnergy/TransGas has the sole, absolute and final discretion and authority to determine whether a Vendor is a NWPTA region supplier.
