SCOPE OF WORK

The work shall consist of Hauling and spreading traffic gravel in the R.M. of Meadow Lake No. 588 during the 2026 season in accordance with the specifications and within the divisions identified in Section II – Bid Form. The work shall be measured and paid for on an hourly basis trucking and shall include the provision of all labour, equipment, fuel, loading, hauling, placing and spreading from the R.M.’s source pits located at SW-16-61-21-W3 and SW-28-60-20-W3.

The Work is estimated to include the hauling and spreading of approximately 2,500 cubic yards of gravel per division at an average spread rate of approximately 110 cubic yards per mile over approximately 20 miles of roadway in each division as identified in Section II – Bid Form. All quantities, haul distances, spread rates and roadway lengths are estimates only.

Spreading of traffic gravel will require belly dump or clam shell trailers only.
