The Rural 44 Water Pipeline Utility (R44WPU) is requesting bid submissions from qualified Contractors to complete the construction of a potable water Pumphouse near Eston, SK.

Bidders can access the bid documents through the Bids&Tenders Online Bidding System, at https://salengineering.bidsandtenders.ca.

Bids will only be accepted through the Bids&Tenders Online Bidding System.

The online bid submission must include the specified Bid Bond and Consent of Surety, made payable to the Rural 44 Water Pipeline Utility. The Owner reserves the right to accept the bid which is deemed most advantageous, and the right to reject any or all bids, in each case without giving any notice. The lowest or any bid will not necessarily be accepted.

This project is being completed in conjunction with other related contracts for the overall rural water pipeline system, including the Rural Water Pipeline Project – Phase 1, Town of Eston Water Treatment Plant Upgrades Project, and E-K Raw Water Pipeline Twinning Project.

This project is partially funded by the Government of Canada and Government of Saskatchewan under the New Building Canada Fund – Provincial-Territorial Infrastructure Component, National and Regional Projects (PTIC-NRP).
