This Invitation to Tender (the “ITT”) is an invitation by SaskTel to commercial refrigeration contractors to submit bids for the project to install new cooling systems at the SaskTel building at 1855 Lorne Street, in the City of Regina SK.  Refrigeration contractors must have completed Liebert’s DSE PCT-207 course to perform this work.  The work in brief includes the installation of two (2) new 85-kilowatt Liebert DSE units complete with econo phase units and condensing units, supplied by SaskTel, and the removal of existing Liebert units and all associated piping and electrical work.  Cooling needs to be maintained in the space during construction.  The detailed scope of work is outlined in the for the specifications and drawings sourcing event.  There is a mandatory site meeting and walk through for this project.  The intention of this ITT is to have a fully upgraded cooling systems in the building that meets the required specifications and brings best value to SaskTel.
