The project will include the clearing and grubbing of the expanded area, excavation of the existing two cell sewage lagoon, construction of compacted earth fill embankments, installation of an HDPE liner system, transfer and discharge structures as well as fencing and other related site work associated with the creation of a new two cell sewage lagoon with a combined surface area of approximately 17,000 m2.

An onsite prebidders meeting for bidding contractors will held on June 2, 2022. Contractors who wish to attend the meeting must contact Kaylee Derenisky at rfxquestions@gov.sk.ca to make the necessary arrangements.

Emailed bid submissions will be received by the Ministry of SaskBuilds and Procurement, at submission@gov.sk.ca until 2:00 p.m., Saskatchewan Time, June 9, 2022 for the construction and upgrade of a two cell sewage lagoon at Meadow Lake Provincial Park.

Tenders must be accompanied by a bid bond in the amount of ten per cent of the tender and a consent of surety letter.
