The City of Weyburn (“the City”) is requesting proposals from qualified consultants or consulting firms to conduct a Development Cost Charge Review that includes:

·Preparing an updated Development Charge Background Study to meet the requirements as per Section 169 of the Planning & Development Act 2007
·Calculating an updated Development Charge Rate Schedule based on the information contained in the Development Charges Background Study
·Preparing a revised Off-Site Development Levy Bylaw and associated Rate Schedule
