This Request for Proposal (RFP) is an invitation by the Government of Saskatchewan (GOS), on behalf of the Ministry of Environment (ENV) to prospective Proponents to provide Submissions for the provision of Dutch Elm Disease Surveillance Services to conduct ground surveillance to effectively identify elm trees infected by Dutch Elm Disease in designated across Saskatchewan, as further described in the RFP Particulars (Appendix A).
