The City of Saskatoon is seeking the services of a Contractor to provide all equipment, materials, labour, and supervision to perform hydro-vac services to daylight utilities, remove soil from selected tree cutout planting pits (tree wells), remove the entire tree stump and wire basket (if present), all soil in the cutout, plant a tree and backfill with good quality topsoil.
