This Negotiated Request for Proposal (NRFP) is an invitation by the Government of Saskatchewan (GOS), to prospective Proponents to provide Submissions for the provision of Dedicated Guard Service for response to alarms at forty-eight (48) locations, building checks (periodic interior/exterior, perimeter checks of various government owned/leased buildings) at seventeen (17) locations in Regina and other duties as assigned, this will be further described in the NRFP Particulars (Appendix A).

The Ministry of SaskBuilds and Procurement (SBP), Building Access and Security Branch (Branch), manages and administers all components of these services, including invoicing.

The GOS will work in collaboration with the Successful Supplier to ensure these services, continue to be delivered, with experienced staff, in the most cost effective and efficient way possible.

A meeting with the Ministry is scheduled for December 23, 2020 at 09:00 am to provide additional information including geographic locations and estimated guard hours per location.
