The RM of Frenchman Butte No. 501 is seeking Expressions of Interest from qualified contractors to complete renovations to its former municipal office. The scope includes demolition, building envelope improvements, HVAC upgrades, door and window replacements, and other architectural and structural work.

Scope:

• Metal cladding and insulation upgrades
• Tin ceiling installation
• New lighting, ductwork, and HVAC improvements
• Replacement of windows (13), overhead doors (5), walk doors (4)
• Drywall, trim, and roofing repairs
• Full bid sheet itemization (see Table 1)

Contractor Requirements:

• Experience in commercial/municipal renovations
• $2M minimum liability insurance
• WCB clearance
• Ability to start during 2025 season
• Submit completed bid form (Table1)
