Tourism Saskatchewan Audio Visual (AV) Systems Assessment, Upgrade and Installation -- TS-2024-007
Tourism Saskatchewan invites qualified vendors to submit proposals for the assessment, business needs evaluation, upgrade, installation, and training for audio-visual (AV) systems across our boardrooms, meeting rooms, and huddle spaces in our Regina and Saskatoon offices. As part of upcoming office renovations in Regina, two new meeting rooms will be constructed, and one existing meeting room will be decommissioned.
The selected vendor will assist in aligning AV solutions with our operational requirements and project objectives, with a strong focus on ensuring compatibility with our primary collaboration environment – Microsoft 365 and Teams. The goal is to establish AV systems that are scalable, user friendly, and easy to maintain. These systems should be uniform across all boardrooms, meeting rooms, and huddle spaces, and future-proofed for the next ten years, with periodic minor upgrades and ongoing maintenance.
