SCOPE OF WORK: To supply and deliver (1) Side-by-Side ATV with the option of providing one (1) accompanying trailer to be used by Saskatoon Area as per spec FS365.16_Spec_R3.

SaskEnergy may choose to only accept bids from NWPTA region suppliers or give preference to bidders who are NWPTA region suppliers. SaskEnergy has the sole, absolute and final discretion and authority to determine whether a bidder is a NWPTA region supplier.
