Provincial Park Cottage Land Lease Opportunity -- PCS-2023-02

The Government of Saskatchewan is seeking competitive Bids for the allocation of a provincial park cottage land lease in each of the following locations:  Duck Mountain Provincial Park, Meadow Lake Provincial Park and Moose Mountain Provincial Park.

The purpose of the Request of Bid (RFB) is to identify those bidders capable of meeting the requirements in a feasible and timely manner and with whom a 21-year Provincial Park Land Lease Agreement may be entered into.

Bidders are invited to submit bids for one or any combination of the three cottage leased lots offered.  The lots are being offered in "as is condition" and the successful bidder will be responsible for the provision of the required services in accordance with the terms and conditions and proposal response format as specified in the RFB.

Bids will only be accepted by courier or hand-delivered no later than 2:00 p.m. on December 15, 2023, to the Ministry of Parks, Culture and Sport, 2nd Floor - 3211 Albert Street, Regina, SK.

Individuals may bid on more than one property but must submit a separate Bid Proposal for each property.

A lot will be awarded to the Bidder who submits the highest bid amount as long as the reserve price has been reached in the Bid Proposal and the specification and eligibility requirements are met as set out in the RFB.

The Minister of Parks, Culture and Sport reserves the right to reject any or all bids received.
