Bids to be submitted to the Village of Codette and shall include the following:

• Specifications
• Terms and Conditions
• Price before taxes and delivery
• Total Price
• Warranty Details ( if any)
• Options to purchase extended warranty ( if any)
• Supporting documents like brochures

The lowest bid may not necessarily be accepted and additionally the Village of Codette reserves the right to refuse or reject any or all bids and will not be responsible for any costs incurred by any provider in preparing the bid.
