Saskatchewan Housing Corporation’s (SHC) Request for Expressions of Interest (EOI) is to solicit innovative and effective solutions/projects to solve current and upcoming affordable rental housing gaps in communities and regions throughout Saskatchewan.

Proponents submitting an EOI are encouraged to explore partnerships and examine innovative funding options to maximize the number of units that can be developed, support proposed households with programs or services, encourage skills development in the construction trades and ensure the long-term financial viability of proposed projects.
