This solicitation describes a requirement for for support and maintenance of the City’s Snow Storage Site RFID System and Related Equipment resulting in a contract for a term of one (1) year with an option to extend on the same terms and conditions for four (4) additional term of up to one (1) year each

Unless otherwise indicated, and subject to applicable exceptions and exclusions, this procurement is covered by:

Chapter 5 of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement
Chapter 19 of the Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement
Article 14 of the New West Partnership Trade Agreement
