Sealed tenders will be received up to 2:00 P.M. Central Standard Time on Thursday May 2nd, 2024 at the office of the RM of Edenwold No. 158 located at 100 Hutchence Road, Emerald Park, Saskatchewan.  Each tender must be submitted in a sealed envelope marked "CONFIDENTIAL – South Service Road Surfacing – RM158-2024-09 Tender" and addressed "Attention: Clark Gates".

Emailed tenders will also be accepted to clark.gates@edenwold-sk.ca with "South Service Road Surfacing – RM158-2024-09 Tender" clearly identified in the subject line. Confidentiality of e-mailed documents cannot be guaranteed, and the Bidder assumes all risks associated with these forms of communication.

There will not be a public tender opening. Bidders will receive an email upon award of the Contract with the final tender results.
