The Saskatchewan Indian Gaming Authority (SIGA) seeks to engage a qualified vendor for the Provision of a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) Services and support across all its Casinos and the Central Office.
SIGA Operates and Manages Seven (7) Casinos across Saskatchewan and a Central Office located in Saskatoon. To ensure the efficient operation, safety, and longevity of these assets, SIGA utilises a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to manage maintenance activities, asset tracking, work order processing, and preventive maintenance scheduling.
SIGA currently has a functional CMMS, and while it has supported core maintenance functions, we are seeking to renew and potentially enhance the CMMS capabilities to align with evolving operational needs, technological advancements, and industry best practices.
This invite is for qualified proponents to submit proposals for a comprehensive CMMS solution that meets SIGA’s operational, technical, and strategic requirements as detailed in the RFP document. The selected proponent will be expected to provide a robust, scalable, and user-friendly solution that supports the full lifecycle of facilities maintenance operations, integrates with existing systems, and offers strong technical support and training.
