The R.M. of Frenchman Butte No. 501 is inviting sealed tenders for the design and construction of a 140’ × 60’ pole shed at the RM yard. The successful contractor will supply all labour, materials, equipment, engineering, and supervision required to complete the project in accordance with current building codes and tender specifications.

Proponents must provide two pricing options: (A) gravel floor and (B) concrete floor, along with detailed specifications, timelines, and warranty information. Tenders must be submitted by 3:00 p.m. CST on February 4, 2026, with award subject to approval by resolution of Council on February 25, 2026. The Municipality reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders and is not bound to accept the lowest bid.
