Quotes are being accepted for the purpose of locating a Powered Mobile Equipment (PME) Evaluator for the evaluation of Public Works employees of the Rural Municipality of Blaine Lake No. 434.

The successful Contractor would work with the Public Works Administrator (PWA) and the Union Shop Steward while evaluating employees as per the requirements set in Table 14.1 of The Occupational Health and Safety Regulations, 1996, for the necessary PME operated by Public Works employees as per their Job Descriptions and/or PME equipment in use by the municipality.

The expected start date of employee evaluating would be Monday, April 5, 2021; if coordination with the PWA is required prior to this date, please include a schedule indicating such.
