SaskTel is looking for a User Experience Designer able to understand our business requirements and any technical limitations, as well as be responsible for conceiving and conducting user research, interviews and surveys, and translating them into user requirements, sitemaps, user flows, customer journey maps, wireframes, mockups and prototypes.    
     
The User Experience Designer will be expected to design overall functionality of SaskTel’s self-serve platforms (i.e. SaskTel.com, mySASKTEL self-serve portal and mySASKTEL mobile app), and continually modify and evolve functionality based on user-testing to ensure an optimal user experience.   

Skills and Experience Required:

• Minimum of five years experience in a UX/UI Designer role is desired
• Superior knowledge and experience using software design tools, specifically Photoshop and Sketch
• Experience with using InVision is considered an asset
• Advanced understanding of self-serve and eCommerce websites and mobile apps
• Proven work experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role
• Experience with user interface guidelines and typical conventions for iPhone, Android and Windows Phone
