The work involves the removal and replacement of damaged areas of bonded urethane traffic membrane located throughout the SaskTel Parkade at 1740 Lorne Street.  Occupancy of the parkade will be maintained throughout the project. Concrete surfaces will be evaluated when exposed and will need to be cleaned and prepared for new membrane in accordance with new membrane manufacturers’ recommendations. Existing concrete structure is a post-tensioned system and contractor is expected to know procedure and safety requirements working near existing post-tensioned construction.

Please Note: For this project, SaskTel requires all Vendors to have current COR(Certification of Recognition) or SECOR (Small Employer Certification of Recognition) safety accreditation certificate.
